Returns and Exchanges

We strive to make sure you get all the information you need and the feel and fit of our products, so please let us know if we in any way can improve this information.

 

All items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as received with all original tags attached, including original packaging materials.

Shoes must be tried on a clean and/or carpeted surface to protect the soles. , 

Clothing must be tried on gently and have no marks such as make-up, wear marks or perfume/odor. 

 

Return

You are responsible for all costs to ship the original item back to us.

The original shoe box must be returned and must be undamaged, as our customers love the boxes, and we reserve the right to refuse your return should the shoe box be damaged.

 

For other claims regarding an order, such as damaged goods etc please reach out to us at shop@stress95.com immediately after receiving your order (no later than 14 days).

Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. In the event of the item being faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund provided that you notify us of your complaint in accordance with applicable regulations. Please contact us at shop@stress95.com, and include order number, description of the defect, and pictures. We will contact you after we have processed the claim.

Return in store

If possible you can return your order directly to the store. Please fill out the return form in advance and the staff will assist you with your return. 

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your order you must return your original order to us and then place a new order.

 

Exchange in store

We accept exchange in store only if it's an exchange of size on the same product. 

If you want to make an exchange store please notify us a day in advance so that we may prepare the order for you. Contact us at shop@stress95.com to help prepare an in-store exchange. Remember to include your orderID in the e-mail .

 

Refund

When we have received and processed your return, you will be refunded via the same payment method you used when placing the order.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same card or account used when placing the order. 

Refunds have a processing time of up to 14 days from when we receive your return.

The original shipping fee is not refunded upon return.

 

Klarna Card (direct payment) and Klarna Pay Later (invoice)

Please be aware of the payment deadline when selecting Klarna Pay Later as your payment method when returning an item. Contact Klarna directly for more information if you wish to extend the deadline. The time it takes for us to receive and process your return may vary. The customer is responsible for any reminder/delay fees if the return is received after the invoice payment deadline.

PayPal

The refund will go directly to your PayPal account. You will be notified by PayPal when the refund is fulfilled. 

 

Vipps 

The refund will go directly to the payment card connected to your Vipps during ordering. You will be notified by Vipps when the refund is processed.
